
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching​ (CBC)
Cognitive behavioural coaching (CBC) is a branch of life coaching based on the foundations of cognitive behavioural therapy. CBC is a really effective way for people to identify unhelpful ways of thinking or behaving that are preventing them from achieving goals and fulfilling their potential.
